Owned content is from your own connected accounts — this is unlimited on all plans. External content is other people's posts you want to track (competitors, creators, partners) — this is limited based on your plan.
It depends on your plan. Basic updates every 24 hours, Pro every 6 hours, and Enterprise every hour. All plans also support manual refresh when you need the latest numbers.
Yes! You can upload a CSV file with hundreds of content URLs at once. Just map the columns and we'll start tracking all of them.
