TrackContent is a content analytics platform that allows you to track performance metrics of social media content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X. You can connect your own accounts or track public posts by URL.

3. Account Registration

• You must sign up using a valid Google account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You may not create multiple accounts for abusive purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm others
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute data obtained through the Service
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use automated tools to abuse the Service (bots, scrapers)
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party platform terms

5. Content and Data

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By using TrackContent, you grant us a limited license to process and display your data as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your social media content or analytics data.

6. Third-Party Platforms

TrackContent integrates with third-party social media platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs that may affect the availability or accuracy of data.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

• The Basic plan is free with limited features.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep TrackContent available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services or events beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

TrackContent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
